Great house with income or bi-generation. Well located, roof changed in October 2014 and windows replaced in August 2014. Near schools and local services with easy access to Henri IV Highway and military base.
Dishwasher, air exchanger system, emergency alarm system and blinds included.
Nice half-basement apartment 3 ½, can be converted in 4 ½. Leased until June 2015.
