Very large bungalow with 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wide living room, workshop and weight / training room. The basement is completely finished with its own entrance, suitable for independent lodging.
Patio and above ground heated pool. 2 parking spaces large enough for 6 cars in total. The yard is bordered by fence and cedar hedge. Large shed in the backyard. Cold storage room.
Many renovations and improvements over the last few years, including: new doors and windows (2014), resurfacing of the parking spaces (2014), patio (2010), membrane covered roof (2005), floors (2015), new electrical box (2015).
