Large 1320 feet² 4½ at the garden level of a 4-storeyed condominium, situated directly in the city center of Val-Bélair. Built in 2013. Great patio with access to the ground, 8 feet wide patio door.
Large cooking island of 8' x 3'. Beautiful large windows offering a lot of light.
Two walk-in in the master bedroom. So large master bedroom that we could install two king beds there.
Podium bath and a great ceramic shower of 5' x 3', two sinks and a huge lingerie.
Central vacuum cleaner and inclusive heat pump.
The condominium is situated in a traffic circle of a cul-de-sac, what is ideal for the children.
A small shed is also available outside near the building.
Impeccable financial management with an excellent contingency fund.
Animals are accepted with no problem at all.
