Build for your family. This nice bungalow on 2 floors of 38' x 36' includes 4 bedrooms, all on the second floor, with 2 bathrooms and attached garage.
The exterior totally redone in 2011 with stone and upgrade on the insulation to newest standard.
EnerGuide rating of 78 before we replace all our windows
Roofing completely redone in 2012 and all new hybrid windows done in 2015
Heating and cooling supplied by a central heat pump and we have replaced the compressor in 2016.
