For a peaceful and hassle-free retreat, you have here a magnificent condo with a breathtaking view of Quebec City, in front of the Saint-Charles River Linear Park, its hiking trails and the bike path directly at your door. Pour une retraite paisible et sans tracas, vous avez là un magnifique condo avec vue imprenable sur la Ville de Québec, en face du Parc linéaire de la Rivière Saint-Charles, ses sentiers pédestres et la piste cyclable directement à votre porte. Beaucoup d'extras ont été ajoutés lors de la construction, matériaux ''upgradé'', armoires allongées, comptoirs en granit, marbre, tuiles, porcelaine, air climatisé, plancher en bois d'ingénierie, foyer au gaz naturel, rangements des chambres agrandis, entrés et passage élargi pour une plus grande aire ouverte, et récemment (2021) ajout d'un système de détection des fuites d'eau Akwa! Un stationnement, deux rangements au même niveau du garage. Possibilité de vendre les électros, tentures, stores. Accès à la piscine extérieure chauffée de mi-juin à mi-septembre.
