Warm and comfortable! I had it built in 2002. Very good construction, solid! The ground floor is very bright thanks to the many windows located on the 4 sides of the house. Les pièces sont d'une belle grandeur et toutes sont finies avec moulures décoratives au plafond ainsi que boiseries au sol. Dans la salle de bain, laveuse et sécheuse ont leur place. Au sous-sol, le couvre-plancher neuf est en lattes de vinyle flottant et la peinture est récente (2017). La salle de bain est prête à recevoir une douche, un meuble lavabo et armoires à votre goût, la toilette est installée. L'aire ouverte vous permet d'ajouter 2 chambres avec fenêtres et y installer un plafond à votre goût; une chambre complète si trouve déjà.
Le garage attaché isolé et fini en vinyle blanc vous donne un accès au sous-sol et à la cour arrière, orientée sud-ouest, offrant un cabanon 12x12 de même finition intérieure que le garage.
