A panoramic view of the Saint-Lawrence river (Quebec Bridges, Concorde Hotel, Château Frontenac). Quiet and safe building. Elevator. Terrace leading directly to the yard. No street in front of the condo, only greenery. Roof terrace. 2 Large indoor parking lots.
Apartment of exceptional soundproofing, large open-plan room with superb brightness. Nice and unique sunset all year round. The building is designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The condo fees are reasonable, the building is very well runed, and always clean.
In a quiet and pleasant area to walk, in the heart of old Lévis (restaurants, delicatessen, convenience store, various shops)
