Sunny family room recently renovated (windows, insulation, vaulted ceiling) with partial view on the St-Lawrence River, Old Quebec City, and the Chateau Frontenac. Complete modernization of the plumbing (new municipal hookup et water main), electrical update (electrical panel and boiler). New roof in 2015.
