Owners’ comments
Country side in the citywith view on St-Lawrence river and Ile d'Orleans. Historic 200 years old Quebecois home. In 1826, it was known as Temperance Inn ». Has kept its original style, 4 rooms. A few km from downtown Lévis and 20 km to the bridges to Québec city. Quiet street, no neighbour in front and crosscountry ski near by. Including a beautiful Bélanger wood stove, coffered ceiling on second floor and mansard roof. There is two large dependancies of 24' X 20'. Productive organic garden, small fruits, apple and pear trees. New cedar roofing in 2006, standard septic system in 2011, electrical furnace ni 2015, 200 amp. electrical box, new balconies, exterior paint...
One of the heritage jewel of Lévis.
