This beautiful farmhouse situated on 33 acres (1,440,960 ft2) is a must see! This ancestral cottage has been very well maintained over the years. It is an enchanting and private site which includes a river, several mature apple trees and rasberry bushes.
A young 10-year-old mixed plantation is located on the property and access is granted by a private bridge that crosses the Rivière à La Scie.
Agricultural zoning allows breeding (horses, goats, etc.) and/or cultivation of the land at the front part of the property. In addition, the barn has been converted into a very large workshop. This includes various small and large premises as well as a second level.
