Beautiful, very large, luminous 6 bedroom cottage.

Our house is a recent 2 story house (cottage) in a calm and amicable environment.

The house has 6 bedrooms (4 on the top floor), a large family room, a luminous living room built with a bay window, a very large backyard and, you guessed it, a large above ground pool and a large shed. Everything is spacious and meant for a large family. 

The yard is triangle shaped, so we have a tiny front yard but a very large backyard with enough space to play with your kids and plant flowers and enjoy the warm days of summer. The backyard is bordered with mature cedar and lilac hedges and is fenced. 

We built a 2 story annexin 2009. We replaced the roofing in 2015, the water heater in 2016 and added central A/C in 2019. We have replaced the kitchen counter, the kitchen flooring, as well as the family room flooring, a few windows and a door in 2018 to make sure the house is in great shape.
