Beautiful Canadian style house with folded tin roof and four stone facades, less than 10 minutes from the bridges.
No rear neighbors with a large landscaped lot, several mature fruit trees, garden, pool, mature maples in the wooded area and private roundabout at the front. A real rarity in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything
.New thermoses throughout the house, heat pump and furnace changed in 2023, rear balcony redone in 2020, two fireplaces brought up to standard, EPA wood stove installed in the basement and water filtration system with UV lamp.
High ceilings on all floors, oak floors on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, furnished and bright attic and basement including a living room and a guest bedroom.
This house was a real favorite for us.
