Ancestral house, classified as a "Renovated" turnkey cultural heritage". It is unique and has a particular charm. It is located in the very sought after "Riverbend" district in Alma. It is a 15-minute walk from the city center. It is spacious and has 3 floors including: 3 bedrooms on the second as well as a wardrobe and another bedroom on the third (habitable attic). The attic also includes a "walk-in".
The land is vast and is near the Vélo Route des Bleuets which runs along part of the river.
There were major repairs in 2022 and 2023: roof, front and back walls, interiors and exteriors of the second floor, the house and the windows were scratched, repaired, and painted.
