Owners’ comments
It is a Condo located on the 2nd floor of a block of 16 units, very well located, it is the block directly behind the Super Sagamie convenience store on rue des Champs-Élysées, and the block closest to Place du Royaume, Canadian Tire side, very clean partially renovated, the kitchen cabinets have been completely redone, ceiling moldings, can be sold furnished if you are interested, to discuss.
This condo was used as a base in Chicoutimi to come and see our grandchildren 3 to 4 times a year, we live in Montreal, now that the grandchildren are older we don't need it anymore.
