Unique in the region!

Urban condo (built in 2015) located in a historic building, next to the cathedral. Located close to the hospital, CEGEP and downtown Chicoutimi.

Very large, with lots of light (south-east orientation) located on the third floor (3rd).

Spacious and luxurious property with high ceilings (varying between 10 and 13 feet in height) and European-style windows. Lots of storage, three bedrooms (walk-in closet in two bedrooms), 2 large large balconies with roof (terrace style) offering a magnificent view. Wall-mounted air exchanger and heat pump (air conditioning and auxiliary heating), offering comfort in summer and winter. Very well soundproofed!

Private underground parking space, and one more outside.
