Owners’ comments
A beautiful split-level of 5 bedrooms providing plenty of light. Independent entrance allowing the possibility of renting student rooms; could serve as house bi-generation.
Very quiet area well appreciated for is mature vegetation.
On the main floor there is a nice open area formed of a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. We also find the master room and a spacious bathroom. To notice, the ceiling of cedar which covers all the area at the main floor.
A 8' high fully finished basement; family room, a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, a large office that could get used as a bedroom, a bathroom where there is a laundry corner complete with a laundry chute.
