Owners’ comments

Preferred location for tranquility, sailing on Lake Kénogami and winter sports. The house is built on a subdivision of 99 acres of land, so no nearby neighbors. The buyer will be able, if he wishes, to acquire a larger piece of land.

The property's grounds are laid out to the lake and have several fruit trees (apple, vines, pear trees, etc.).  Also, several landscaped perennial flowers.

For the past 3 years, a treated wooden patio (16' x 30') has been installed in front of the house to provide access to a 27-foot round above-ground pool, heated with propane gas and with a Natura salt filtration system and UV lamp.

A double galvanized steel shelter allows the storage of tractors and various tools.

A 30' x 14' covered terrace on the first floor allows for an outdoor dining room to enjoy the good weather and all along the front of the house with tempered glass guards. The house has a 10 feet high above-ground basement and the double garage has 4 automatic garage doors.
