The house is built on a subdivision of a 99-acre lot, so no close neighbors or back neighbors since a parcel of land of +/- 2 acres up to the main road has not been cleared.
The buyer may, if he wishes, acquire a larger piece of land of +/- 5 acres adjacent to the property since access to the property passes through a right of way giving access to 2 adjacent lots. A 20 x 40 foot galvanized steel shed is installed to store tractors and various tools.
