Possibilité de coucher jusqu'à 8, mais pour plus de confort 6 personnes.
Possibilité de location court terme si vous le souhaitez.
Secteur tranquille à 30 minutes du Valinouet, mont de ski, 5 min des pistes fédérées et sentiers pour skidoo et VTT, plusieurs lacs de pêche à proximité, randonnée pédestre proche, les deux lacs ont du poisson, bleuetière à 5 min à pied.
Le garage est très grand. Possibilité de mettre une voiture ou un VTT et tente-roulotte et il est chauffé.
Négociable et discutable sur la prise de possession.
Vient en grande partie meublé selon les négociations. Il y a aussi des embarcations comme pédalo et canot qui viennent avec le chalet. Autres articles possibles selon besoins et négociations. Bref, nous sommes bien discutables.
Notre petit coin de paradis est à vendre, car nous avons d'autres projets, mais nous avons adoré chaque minute passée ici.
