Owners’ comments
Furnished 4-season cottage located in a residential area bordering Lake St-Jean with an excellent neighborhood. The land for sale has a dock, overlooking a lake with direct access to the lake at 225 meters, and an overview of the area and its local wildlife. This location gives the advantage of having a more lenient temperature than the chalets bordering the lake and does not require any specific facilities to raise the water craft in case of winds. The path of the estate is lit and maintained in the winter.
The cottage is ideal for fishing a multitude of fish species, the main ones are landlocked salmon, walleye, pike, etc. It is also an ideal location for water sports such as the ''sea doo'', sailing, wakeboarding, water skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, kite surfing (nearby), etc.
Some of the main touristic attractions in the area are easily accessible from the cottage. The Véloroute des Bleuets crosses the path leading to the estate and is accessible in 5 minutes. The wild Zoo of St-Félicien only a 30-minute drive away. The municipal beach of St-Prime 4 km and the golf course of the municipality 2 km. Several campgrounds are also accessible within a reasonable time. During the winter, several snowmobile trails are nearby.
The municipality of St-Prime has a good range of essential services such as pharmacy, grocery stores and restaurants. However, it only takes about 15 minutes to drive to St-Félicien or Roberval where there are more services.
