Beautiful, cozy house for sale in a little corner of paradise in Métis-sur-Mer with beach access less than a two-minute walk away.

Many renovations were made in 2012 such as: ceramic flooring, new wall coverings, windows, a new front door, roofing, the addition of a patio at the back and the front of the house, and a patio door.

The large garage is equipped with a wide entrance to accommodate a trailer or a car.  If you like fresh eggs, there's a functional hen-house in the garage and a second one in the backyard.
