Beautiful bungalow with 4 bedrooms 2 upstairs and 2 in the basement located in a popular family neighborhood. 2 full bathrooms, one of which includes washer-dryer in the basement. Large wardrobe in each bedroom. Very bright. LED lighting in the basement, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen completely redone 3 years ago, melamine cabinet LTF (thermostructured surface), and ceramic floor. Patio door, pivoting IsoVision windows in the basement for more security and steel door in the basement which leads to the garage changed in 2019. Basement completely redone except for the bathroom in 2019. New central vacuum (2020). Asphalt shingle roof completely redone in 2019.

Lots of storage. Garage excavated 7 feet high, above the firm roof garage fitted for storage, utility room in the basement, and shed. Very large patio redone in 2019 with built-in spa (controller and new 2020 water heater) with a wall that ensures privacy.
