Peaceful area, house overlooking the Bay of Ste-Luce with an exceptional view of the St-Lawrence River.
In 2017, the house was enlarged and completely renovated: exterior cladding, roofing, divisions, plumbing, electricity, stairwell, and floors.
Access ramp to Highway 20 nearby.
