Beautiful century-old house in the heart of downtown Drummondville located on one of the dead end streets, Bérard Street, quiet and a few steps from the St-François River and many other services. In the "English cottage" style, built on two floors, in red brick and with attached garage. (It is important to mention the immediate good neighbourliness).
Of robust construction, the wooden frame is made of planks laid down and embouffed from the ground to the attic, including walls, floors (covered with hardwood) and roof. All the mechanics of the residence have been redone over the years; several major renovations have been carried out:
