Beautiful and large property maintained with care. It is located in a peaceful area in addition to being in a cul-de-sac street: schools, daycares, parks, hospital (600 m), and shops nearby.
Open concept. Beautiful natural light with its abundant windows. 3 large bedrooms upstairs, each bedroom has a good size wardrobe. Roof redone in 2014. Air exchanger.
