This house is located in a peaceful area and the size of the land with a woodlot at the back and on one side increases this factor. A very large plot with lots of flowers, a large body of water, some fruit trees give a much appreciated rest area. The size of the sideyards and their layout make us very well insulated from the noise and the view. Probably the largest land in the area.

The residence built in 1975 has been very well maintained. Upgrades were made, the garage was transformed into a family room with heated ceramic floor in 2000 and the addition of a walk-in closet to the master bedroom that same year.
