On the wonderful quiet street of the battures, 1-2 minutes from the entrance to Monaghan beach (beach closest to town). Sea view from the rear balcony. Exterior balconies refurbished. Attached heated entrance added this year. Bathroom in the basement redone May 2019. Each floor has a large bedroom and a small bedroom, very functional kitchen, fireplace in the living room, family room in the basement. No garage (possibility to build one, because already validated with the city). However, good size discount.
Sur la merveilleuse rue tranquille des battures, à 1-2 minutes de l'entrée de la plage Monaghan (plage la plus près de la ville). Vue de la mer du balcon arrière. Balcons extérieurs refaits à neuf. Entrée chauffée annexée ajoutée cette année. Salle de bain au sous-sol refaite mai 2019. Chaque étage possède une grande chambre et une petite chambre, cuisine très fonctionnelle, foyer dans le salon, salle familiale au sous-sol. Pas de garage (possibilité d'en faire construire une, car déjà validé avec la ville). Cependant, remise de bonne taille.
