Owners’ comments
Multiplex housing including 4 1/2 1-5 , 2-4 and 1-3 1/2 1/2. The building is very profitable for a small investment. Income from rental of 4 apartments are $36,000 per year for only $4,200 spending. Tenants have all the leases of 12 months. The windows were all replaced 2 years ago by PVC windows. The roof over 10 years ago and there are no signs of impairment. All floors have been redone in the last 5 years. The exterior facades were repainted last year with epoxy providing maximum protection. All in all an excellent value for money for homeowners or small investor.
