Little paradise, feel in the countryside while being 10 minutes from the city. Keps insulating formwork design house from the foundation to the sheet metal roof.
A covered patio with a concrete floor as well as a large parking space. You have a shed, a garage, and a workshop under the garage within the house. An installation for a generator is in place.
Why not a small chalet on the water's edge to welcome visiting children! A popular spot for kayaking and swimming in summer.
