Beautiful single family home characterized by a view of the mountains (2 floors with basement and attached garage). The interior design is open space with ceilings from 9 to 12 feet. Ecological house with an emphasis on healthy materials and good qualities was designed by architect André Bourassa with a vision of well-being and comfort. The house 3,500 sq. ft with basement is located in a private area of 35 acres surrounded by protected land (Appalachian Corridor). The house is located next to the village of Eastman, near the exit 106 of Highway 10 and around:
