Estate in the mountains of North Hatley. Constructions 1995 and 1996. Very very quiet, but close to everything. View of the surrounding mountains. On a large land zoned agricultural of 13.9 acres. Approximately 6 acres of meadows and 8 acres of forest. Large meadow to the side and rear of the property, possibility of various crops. About 300 feet from a very quiet asphalt road. 5 minutes from North Hatley, 15 minutes from Sherbrooke and 10 minutes from the University of Sherbrooke. Finished basement with full-length door onto the land. The estate includes an independent pavilion on 2 floors for an artist's studio or occasional guests. Very large pond fully equipped for swimming and relaxation. Small barn for animals. Internet and television via Optical Fiber, Cogeco supplier. 2 very high quality propane stoves ensure constant comfort during very cold weather and power outages. The depth of the pond varies, at most, about 13'. You can dive from the dock. The pond is located 120 meters from the house. Tranquility assured.
