Located close to Road 139, in a busy commercial area, the building is a multi-tenant industrial and commercial building (6 bays of 5,000 square feet) with individual electrical entrances (200 amperes, 600 volts) and natural gas. Built in 2000 and enlarged in 2007 with a steel structure and concrete blocks for the facade. Each bay has an entrance on the facade and a reception platform at the back. The building is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system, a water meter and a backflow prevention system. The clearance under the beams is twenty feet, four inches. Bays number one and four have a showroom, a cafeteria and a mezzanine for offices and conference room.
