Located on top of a hill, this magnificient ancestral Loyalist house (1967) has a splendid view through it's large windows surface.This house heeps its dignity and prestige,within it's beautifull roof and original bric walls, through the Dunham region in the hearth of wineyards and apple orchards from where you could praticed closed by most of all seasons sports.
At the entrance there is an astonish stone fireplace. A very nice maple wood stairs leading to the second floor where is located 3 bedrooms among them the huge master bedroom, with acces to a full bathroom and to the mezzanine.
On the ground floor, we find lunch and dining areas, with west orientation, a large family room,a complete bathroom, connecting with a health area, including a spa, a sauna, etc with east orientation,
On the ground floor, they are very nice stone foundation, cedar closets, washing and drying area, mainteance room and stairs way to the exterior.
