Owners’ comments
House, turnkey, on a large wooded and landscaped lot (with services). Located in a very beautiful area of Granby a few steps from the "Lac Boivin", the "Centre d'Interprétation de la Nature" and the "Daniel Johnson" park. The bike trail is nearby and we are at 20 minutes walk from downtown.
The current owners are the only occupants since its construction and non-smokers.
The exterior landscape (front and back), designed by a landscape architect, is favored by numerous stones. The back yard is decorated with a large treated wood patio and a gazebo.
