Landowner only. I acquired the company in 1989, I operated it for the first 15 years. I own the land, the building, and some equipment. (list on request) There are two commercial leases attached to this sale. The first is the convenience store lease ending in June 2028 with no option to renew. The convenience store operator manages the lease with Parkland (Ultramar). The second lease is for the car wash. It is a long-term lease on a leased plot of land, for a period of 25 years. There are 13 years left on this lease. Both leases are available for consultation.
The environmental report was completed in May 2024, and phases 1 and 2 were completed. Everything is in order. Report available.
