Magnificent and warm cottage located in a quiet and sought after area of Magog. Intimate and wooded lot with no neighbors in the back facing South-East so sun all day. View of Mont-Orford from several rooms in the house. Notarized access to Southière beach. In addition, Highway 10 is located ± 4 km from the property.
The open concept interior includes 2 patio doors: one leading to the "maintenance free" composite wood rear balcony with an elevated view of the woods and the other patio door gives independent access to the basement family room. which is cleared back.
