Duplex with a large intimate and wooded lot, near the Saumon River. A few steps from the library and the municipal skating rink.

The main housing (6 and a half and more) will be available as of July 1, 2021 (currently rented at $520 / month). It has a slow combustion stove and a central vacuum. There is also a 3 and a half rent (rented at $360 / month). Electricity and heating are the responsibility of the tenants.

  • Rear porch redone in June 2020.
