Very cozy, open-space property, on a beautiful wooded one-acre lot. It is located in a beautiful highly sought-after residential area, 20 mins from the University of Sherbrooke, 10 mins from Carrefour de l'Estrie, 10 minutes from Magog and Orford Provincial Park. Its intimacy is perfect from all sides, no neighbors behind.
This house built HOUSE USINEX is top quality, with warranty and platinum certification issued by Qualité-Habitation ACQ. It is very bright. It offers large windows facing south, about 63 feet on three sides, including the dining room and living room. The main entrance is welcoming, featuring a large closet and French doors.
