Very nice condo 5 ½ rooms, built in 2011, with garage, 3 bedrooms, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, the taste of the day decoration (casing and o'gees), air-conditioned, requiring very little maintenance.

Classic pedestals at the bottom of the walls in the living room and office. Large window in office (room 3) that can be used as dining according to your tastes and is closed by beautiful French doors. O'gees in all pieces.

Paint redone in all rooms. No work to do, you just have to settle down.

Heated garage to house your vehicle from the weather. You'll enjoy it, especially in the cold season.

3 parkings for your cars, one inside the garage and 2 outside in the big parking.

Ask a visit soon to really discover and appreciate it.

Cheaper than new construction and more, all equipped.
