Pretty semi-detached house, situated close to highway 610 and the CHUS. Within a 3km range, access to two pharmacies, medical clinic, restaurant, two supermarkets, and shopping center. Freshly painted in 2018. Patio of 10' x 10' was re-dyed in 2019 and completely closed to allow storage. Shed measuring 8' x 10' with a garage door. Asphalt parking entrance (2018) for four vehicles.
