Beautiful semi-detached house built in 2020.
Excellent location. 9 minutes from CHUS Fleurimont and 8 minutes from Hôtel-Dieu. Very close to several shops, restaurants, schools, gym, and parks.
It has 3 bedrooms and a very big living room in the basement which can be divided into more rooms if needed. Large windows on three sides get lots of light. The basement has big windows. A very big storage room in the basement.
