Beautiful semi-detached house two levels including 4 bedrooms. On the south side of Marini street, giving direct access to the walking alley. It is in a family neighborhood (mi-Vallon) at a couple of blocks from the Maisonnée school.

The master bedroom communicates directly with the bathroom through a sliding door. The basement is entirely finished with a big living room, laundry room/tool room and addionnal bedroom.

Lots of recent upgrades: almost entirely renovated kitchen (oversized counter, anti scratch sink), recessed lights in the main living room, roofing has been changed in 2016, new flooring in the stairs and on the second floor.
