18ft x 36 ft (4 feet longer than many similar hourse in the neighborhood)

In a quiet roundabout, in the highly sought after Mi-Vallon district. Less than 10 minutes walk from La Maisonnée primary school (800m). Several parks and cycle paths nearby.
