This exceptional site, away from Route 132, is ahaven of peaceandtranquility. Located directly facing the sea, on the top of a cliff.
Scalable house comprising first a 1.5 storey building (24' x 24') (1993). Added: a 3-season canopy (1998), an entrance and a large living room (2011). Current size 50' x 24', plus canopy: 16' x 13.5' Wooden exterior (Maibec) with sheet metal roof.
From the canopy we have a panoramic and breathtaking view of the river. We can observe sunrises and sunsets. This is our centerpiece from May to September. The perfect place to entertain friends. It allows you to enjoy nature no matter the whims of the temperature and to enjoy additional space. The river and its many changes are also visible from all the rooms of the house.
On the ground we find a greenhouse (2009), a shed, a patio facing the sea as well as a vegetable garden , undergrowth, several flower beds, trees and shrubs.

L'endroit idéal pour recevoir des amis. Elle permet de profiter de la nature peu importe les caprices de la température et de jouir d'un espace additionnel. Le fleuve et ses multiples changements est aussi visible de toutes les pièces de la maison.
Sur le terrain, nous trouvons une serre (2009), une remise, un patio face à la mer ainsi qu'un potager, sous-bois, plusieurs plates-bandes, arbres et arbustes.
