Commissioned by the Dostalers and built of brick masonry around 1873, the Villa is a "typical mansard" dwelling with its gable roof pierced by skylights.
Its ensemble represents two distinct volumes: a main block (32' x 37') at the front and an extension (20' x 20') at the rear. In the first one there are two large living rooms on the ground floor including the dining room and the music room as well as a bathroom with shower. The second floor has five bedrooms and a bathroom. In one representing the library, there is access to the attic and a large cedar walk-in closet. The basement has been dug to provide a living room and a utility room.
The extension is occupied by a very large kitchen with a central island. A glazed veranda complements everything. A double garage and a workshop are accessible from inside.
Everything is surrounded by trees, flowers and greenery offering intimate spaces for a BBQ, gardening or relaxing in the spa.
