Superb townhouse style 5½ condo with 3 bedrooms on the upper level. The property is located on the street giving access to the parking area and 2 outdoor parking spaces are available. Access to a private backyard is available with a balcony, a storage compartment, paving stones (approx. 9 x 11), plants and bushes. Condo is located at the corner of highways 640 and 25 and is steps away from the Mascouche railway station and shops.
Kitchen includes several extras: polyester shaker style cabinets up to the ceiling, ceiling-embedded lighting, double sink, backing of ceramic, drawers in pantry, under-cabinet lighting and switch, dishwasher.
