Owners’ comments
Beautiful condo, second floor, very quiet building, well soundproofed. Very well located near the commuter train and all services, easy access to the highway. Walking distance to stores. 2 bedrooms, dining room separate from the kitchen, Gas fireplace recently cleaned and inspected. Lots of storage. Large bathroom with corner bath and separate shower. 2 parking spaces and outside storage. Air conditioning, air exchanger, and installation for alarm system (not connected at this time).
Large grassed yard. Front balcony with French doors and back balcony with patio door. 5 minutes from Parc du Côteau where you will have several kilometers of gorgeous trails.
