Directly on the shores of Lake Pontbriand, Rawdon, property with 100 feet of shoreline.
South facing house, large windows directly on the lake, cathedral ceiling.
Contemporary style house built in 2012. Completely landscaped, maintenance is minimal.
The 7 km long lake is navigable, and motorboats are permitted.
On the ground floor, French doors lead onto the large terrace and balcony which runs the full width of the house.
On the garden level on the lake side, with a living area of 912 square feet, there are 1 bedroom, an other bedroom/office, 1 bathroom and a family room. From there, you have access to a 2nd terrace. You go down the stairs to access the dock and you can dive without danger.
Whether from the inside or on the terraces, you will have the feeling of living in nature, thanks to the proximity of the trees and the lake.
