Urbain cottage Timber block type. Facade fully windowed and notarized access to the private beach on lake Ouareau (7 minutes walk) NO DOCK. Partial view on the lake. Fully renovated kitchen, dinning room, living room and bathroom (2020) The entire first floor has heated floors for a maximum comfort and wifi thermostat. Outdoor parking space for 7 cars or more. Balcony needs some repair (a few floor planks and entire guard-rail). No short term rental possible. Fully furnish except for a few items.
