Superb condo, very sunny from morning to evening, located on the top floor of the building. Open concept condo. Non-smoking. Quiet street corner, in a peaceful area. Open view. Two bedrooms, cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, and wall-mounted air conditioning. Large bathroom with separate shower and podium bath. Floors were redone in 2021. Separate laundry room. Large rear terrace with shed. Two parking spaces.
Less than 5 minutes from schools (elementary and secondary), grocery stores (Maxi, IGA, SuperC), SAQ, pharmacies (Pharmaprix, Familiprix, and Jean Coutu), several restaurants, and a bike path (TransTerrebonne).
