Beautiful house, unpretentious, for families with teenagers or children. The basement can easily be converted into a bachelor.
The courtyard overlooks the large lots of the first residents of Terrebonne (formerly La Plaine), well landscaped and flowered. Lots of mature trees will protect your privacy.
You are a 5-minute walk from the children's park, with water games in summer and an ice rink in winter. Your 4-legged friend will be able to go and stretch there because this park also has a playground for dogs.
